Statement by Michael Pendergast, Vice president & general manager, on the reopening of hollywood casino gulf coast

“While the amenities our customers have come to know and love may be somewhat limited for the time being, the ability to safely welcome back our team members and guests remains our top priority. With this in mind, we have been working closely with the Mississippi Gaming Commission, state and local leaders, and public health officials to finalize comprehensive Phase I reopening protocols and new health and safety precautions. Our returning team members will be trained on these procedures and our guests will see reminder signage about them throughout the property. These new protocols include, but are not limited to, the following:

Hollywood Casino Bay St Louis

The Bridges Golf Club At Hollywood Casino is a par 72 daily fee course located in Bay Saint Louis, MS. Designed by Arnold Palmer, the 18 hole course opened in 2006. Directions Course Details Review. The 18-hole Bridges course at the The Bridges Golf Club facility in Bay Saint Louis, features 6,841 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72. The course rating is 73.5 and it has a slope rating of 138 on Bermuda grass. Designed by Arnold Palmer, the Bridges golf course opened in 2006. Billy Baumgartner manages the course as the General Manager/Golf Professional. THE BRIDGES GOLF CLUB On the banks of Mississippi’s beautiful Bay of St. Louis, set among 600 acres of moss-draped live oaks, stately pines, magnolias and sweeping vistas of saltwater marsh.

• The Bridges Golf Club, which is on property, is available to the Hollywood Casino’s guests. Buccaneer State Park is 9.9 mi from the Bay Saint Louis resort. Biloxi Lighthouse is 47 minutes’ drive away. Couples in particular like the location – they rated it 8.5 for a two-person trip.

Social Distancing

• We will limit capacity on our gaming floor to no more than 50% of our maximum occupancy.
• The installation of floor decals and signage to strictly enforce social distancing guidelines in areas where lines typically form throughout the casino and The Bridges Golf Club.
• Slot Machines have been configured to maximize spacing, comfort and safety.
• Table Games have reopened with social distancing.
• Sportsbook Kiosks are available 24/7 for placing bets.
• Poker Room is currently closed; check back for updates.
• Convention and banquet services will remain suspended.
• There will be no large drawings, tournaments, or special events.
• Restaurant offerings are limited to Celebrity Grill - now with an expanded menu and Bogart's Steakhouse.
• The Epic Buffet is now open.
• The valet is now open.
• The hotel and RV Park have reopened.
• The Pool and Lazy River are currently open to hotel guests only.

Health & Safety

• Team members and vendors will be required to wear masks and will undergo a health screening each day, including temperature checks, prior to their shift.
• Based on the ruling by Mississippi Gaming Commission, and in order to help reduce the spread of COVID – 19, all Mississippi casinos will be requiring all persons in public areas to wear a mask covering the face and nose. Patrons may remove masks temporarily while eating or drinking or when asked by casino staff for identification. Guests not adhering to these requirements will be advised of the requirements and warned that if they continue to disregard they will be asked to leave the property.
• Slot machines will be thoroughly and regularly cleaned throughout the day. We will implement similar protocols for table games when they reopen.
• Sanitizer stations will be installed on the casino floor and be readily available throughout the facility.
• We will deploy a fog machine to disinfect and sanitize every night.
